Reservation Process

Reservations

  • Choose the dates for your camp or retreat. Check the calendar for scheduled camps and retreats. Click here. 

  • Submit a "Request for Reservation". Click here for the form.
     
  • Reservations are taken on a "first come, first served" basis, based on the time and date that deposit is received.
     
  • Estimate the total cost of your group's camp or retreat, based on the number of people in your group, our rates (click here) and on the length of your stay. Total estimated payment is due one month in advance of your camp or retreat date. 
     
  • The deposit required to hold your dates is one half of your total estimated cost, with a $200 minimum deposit, and a $500 maximum deposit. 
     
  • Select "Payment Method". Click here. 
     
  • Receive confirmation email with reservation contract.
