Refund Policy

Covenant Village is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation. Our financial philosophy is that operational expenses as a camp and retreat center will be paid by camp fees charged to customers and facility expansion will be made with capital donations. It is our desire that groups will enjoy the camp or retreat experience at Covenant Village and not have to cancel their plans. However, we know that sometimes plans have to change. We will make every effort to be fair.

Deposits are non-refundable. They allow us to hold the camp dates for a particular guest group. If a group cancels at the last moment, we have no way to reschedule another group. However, the deposit can be used to hold another future date for that group.

Fees are due one month in advance of the camp date. Cancellation or a change in the number of campers after that date will require fees to be negotiated, based on expenses incurred to date, minimum fees for foodservice, and other circumstances.
